INTRODUCTION
This part of the "aboutsportscars.com" website is about the Viper GTS-R. The site, which is currently being built, will give an overview of the race activities of one the most impressive GT racers of the previous decades. Beside a list with all participations to national and international GT/Endurance races an overview is taken with the racehistory of the different chassis, built by Chrysler/Oreca over the years. Like already mentioned, the site is in advancement. The past year I have collected as much information as possible, and I am trying now to put the pieces of the puzzle together. In the near future more and more Vipers will appear in the part "Vipers by chassisnumber". If you may have some additional information on one of the Vipers, a good photograph available or in some other way be able to help me with my site, I will appreciate that a lot.
Cette partie de “aboutsportscars.com” porte sur la Viper GTS-R. Le site, actuellement en construction, donnera à terme une vue d’ensemble de la carrière en course d’une des plus impressionnante GT de la décennie passée. Au-delà d’une liste des participations en course, nationale ou internationale, en endurance ou en série GT, un récapitulatif de l’histoire de chaque chassis construit par Chrysler et ORECA ayant couru lors de ces années.Comme je vous l’ai précisé, l’élaboration du site est encore en cours. Lors des années écoulées, j’ai collecté le plus grand nombre d’informations possible, et je tente maintenant de rassembler les pièces de ce puzzle historique. Très bientôt, de nouveaux chassis Viper apparaîtront dans la partie du site intitulé « Viper par n° de chassis ».Si vous disposez d’informations complémentaires sur ces Viper, une belle image diffusable, ou si vous pouvez m’aider de quelqu’autre manière, toute contribution sera grandement appréciée !
